The Everyday Magic workshop invites your team into a fun, enlightening, and immersive experience built around six core fundamentals—worldview, empathy, storytelling, influencing assumptions and perceptions, mastering simple tricks, and bringing joy to others.

Each fundamental is facilitated and taught by Laura Essey, and includes a tool from magic, an exploration of its origins in science, practical application to real-world scenarios—such as crafting compelling client pitches, navigating challenges in team dynamics and communication, or breaking through stuck points in product design—and meaningful dialogue to uncover key insights and takeaways.

Each fundamental is a deliberate act of creation, blending wonder and science into actionable strategies through experiential activities.
